It
is a distinct pleasure to recommend
James Andreatos to anyone in
theprocess of remodeling their
home. James completely gutted and
renovated a Ziegler-Cooper
contemporary Brownstown I purchased
in South Hampton. Although it was 25
years old, the
lines were fresh and current. We
took the home down to its studs
and replaced everything. I can
remember the good nature of James
during our weekly and sometimes
daily meetings and reviews. There
was never pointing fingers any time
problems needed to be solved. James
just did what needed to be done and
stood behind his work 150%. I admire
the fact that James doesn't play the
blame game...he just solves the
problems and moves on.
Simply put, James has integrity.
When he told me a certain price or
date, I could count on it. I came to
understand, however, that it's
difficult for a general contractor
to completely control the schedules
of their subcontractors. When a
subcontractor failed to show up,
James was quick to call me and
reschedule. As I said before, he
didn't manufacture excuses, he took
full responsibility for his actions
and I admire that quality about his
character.
I would without any reservation
recommend James to you. He would be
a tremendous asset to your project.
