James Andreatos, President founded Andreatos Construction Company with the belief that a construction company exists solely because of its customers. It is this philosophy that has accounted for many satisfied customers.

James graduated at the top of his class from Texas A&M University where he earned his degree in Construction Science. He moved to Houston in 1998 and began his career in construction working with Carl Construction Company. In the six years he spent working for Carl Construction Company, James built some of Houston’s finest homes in and around the Memorial, Tanglewood, River Oaks, Briargrove, Piney Point, Afton Oaks, and The City of Bunker Hill areas. Attention to detail and customer service were the staples of the Carl Companies and Andreatos Construction Company has integrated those principles into their business model as well.

Andreatos Construction Company is a family owned and run business where James personally attends to each and every project, forever mindful of making his customers’ experience with the company an enjoyable and satisfying one. Chuck Porter, Project Manager, is a native Houstonian with long standing ties to the real estate and construction industry.  He is a graduate of the University of Houston-Downtown with a B.B.A. in Marketing.  He has been with Andreatos Construction since the Fall of 2006 and has been involved in the oversight and closing of over 15 projects this year alone.  His career began in 1998 working for the Post Oak Family YMCA where he left in 2005 after becoming Child Care Director of one of the largest programs in the country.  While at the YMCA, Chuck was directly responsible for maintaining a budget of over 1 million annually while directly supervising staff totaling over 35 people. He served on numerous neighborhood and school committees during his tenure and reported to the Board of Directors on a monthly basis.  Chuck brings his attention to detail, fiscal skills, and customer service talents to the company in hopes that every client will be completely satisfied with the services that Andreatos Construction Company has to offer
